With strokes greater than 16 mm (0.63"), our long stroke dampers are suitable for mechanisms that require the damping action to be spread over a long course. Long stroke dampers are usually needed for systems with heavier weights or faster initial speeds. They operate in temperatures from 32 °F to 104 °F (0 to 40 °C).
